My Reviewsubmitted by Elexus R. - |Recommended: YesI feel they should have TV's in the living room if they are going to charge so much for ren. Other than that everything is great.
response from property -We have a special going on right now that if all 4 roommates renew or you find roommates to move in with you, we will put a TV in your common area!
.submitted by Thomas W. - |Recommended: Yes.
The property could be better well kept and the people that took over could have been a little more knowledgeable.submitted by Tiffani W. - |Recommended: YesLiving her is great, but know that it is time to renew my lese the office has used this sort of first come first serve system. They will not lock in my current rent and now I will be forced to move because to stay for 6 months is too expensive.
response from property -Thank you Tiffani. I really wish we could get you to stay. The short term fee that would apply does make it more expensive but is also standard practice in the industry. It helps support the additional unit turning cost and the lost off income of the unit during the down time of not being able to collect rent. You may also sign a full year lease and then release your space for the remainder of the term by paying 85% of one month's rent and finding a qualified canidate to take over for you. The $50/month is cheaper for you due to the rental rate.
It is good just some things could be inprovedsubmitted by Deshrick R. - |Recommended: YesOverall it is a good environment the only negative thing I have to say is the amount of time it take for maintenance.
response from property -Thank you Deshrick. We are working hard to improve the timing for service order completion since we took over management a little more than 30 days ago. Please always feel free to let me know if you ever have anything outstanding for more than 24 hours. I am also monitoring the timing of work orders. Enjoy your day. Lisa
